  • Where can I have my order delivered?
    When placing your order, we ask you for the desired delivery address and then we ask you to choose the type of delivery you want: Home delivery by Colissimo Delivery to the nearest parcel relay by Colissimo Delivery to the nearest parcel relay by Mondial Relay
  • In which country do you deliver?
    We deliver in Metropolitan France, in the DOM-TOM as well as in some neighboring French-speaking countries/states (Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Monaco...)
  • How much is shipping ?
    The cost of delivery is calculated automatically by our internal system according to your choice of delivery method but also according to the weight of the package.
  • How to modify or cancel an order?

  • What are the delivery times ?
    Depending on the delivery method chosen and the date of your order, it varies between 2 and 5 working days, it can take up to 7 days for a shipment outside metropolitan France.
  • Can I return an order?
    Yes, within 14 days. Products must be intact, unused and unopened. The cost of transporting the package is at your expense. When we receive the return, and if everything is ok, we proceed with the refund.
  • I have a promo code, how do I use it?
    You can enter your promo code in the space provided for this purpose in the basket or in the payment tunnel.
  • I received a gift card, how can I use it?
    It is important to specify that our online gift card can only be used for the e-shop and not for our services at the hair salon. You can use it directly by entering the code you received by email in the field for this purpose present on the basket page or directly in the payment tunnel.
